How much are your fees?
ABC Billing Solutions' fees for "full service" billing are a percentage of monthly cash receipts (not based on amounts billed). This amount is based on volume, average charge per claim, payer mix and is anywhere from 4.5% to 7.5% of monthly receipts. The larger the volume/charge per claim, the lower the percentage. We have a one time set-up fee based on the number of patients, types of charges, diagnoses and number of providers in a practice. Our fees for collections services are a percentage of the amounts collected and are based on the age of the outstanding balances. This percentage would range from 10% to 20%; the percentage would increase with the age of the receivables. Back to Top
